Here are answers to some of the most common sewer and drain questions we hear.
This can indicate a blockage in the main sewer line or another drainage issue. A camera inspection or cleaning can help identify the cause.
This usually points to a blockage in the main sewer line. When wastewater cannot move through the line properly, it may back up through the lowest drain in the home.
If only one toilet is affected, the blockage may be limited to that fixture or its branch line rather than the main sewer.
A drain machine can open a blockage, while hydro jetting provides a much deeper cleaning of the pipe walls and is especially effective for roots, grease, and heavy buildup.
When an outside cleanout is available, hydro jetting is generally our preferred method because it provides a more thorough clean.
Camera inspections are useful for recurring backups, slow drains, suspected damage, real-estate inspections, or when you want to understand the condition and location of the sewer line.
